Children deserve to receive as many tools as they can get, to help them navigate through life living true to who they really are.
With over 20 years of experience working with children and being a mom of 3 littles ones, I have witnessed how incredible and resilient children are. When they are given the right tools, attention and encouragement, they begin to bloom so beautifully right before your eyes. Although it may be difficult to accept, we do not have control over what our children will experience in their life time. However, the best gifts we can give them, are the tools they will require to navigate through any challenge or struggle. This can be done through building their self confidence, healthy emotions, positive mindset, gratitude, self love and dreaming big. There is no better way to do this than having a consistent mindfulness practice.
